TOWER (2022) commissioned by Inner Varnika festival for their 2022 edition. Originally commissioned for their 2020 edition which was cancelled due to the COVID-19 health emergency, the skeleton of the work that would go on to become the commission TUNNEL 2023 was reworked into a 9m high tower activated with addressable LEDs and custom lighting programs to meet a lower revised budget for the festival. The sculpture was paired with a number of other abstract objects, created to emphasise the alienness of the landscape on the windswept plains of Booker, Victoria.
